At MV Kids Dentists & Braces, we are committed to providing exceptional pediatric dental and orthodontic care in a warm, welcoming, and child-friendly environment. Our goal is to help every child feel comfortable, confident, and supported while building healthy habits that last a lifetime.

Scheduling Appointments

We strive to make scheduling convenient for busy families while creating the best possible experience for each child.

• Morning appointments are often recommended for younger children, as they are typically more relaxed and cooperative earlier in the day.

• School-age children with busy after-school schedules may also benefit from morning visits.

• Dental appointments are considered excused school absences, and we work to keep visits as efficient as possible.
  
  

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. This allows us to accommodate other families in need of care.

Parents During Visits

We understand that every child is unique, and we work closely with parents to help children feel safe and comfortable during their dental visits.

We warmly invite parents to accompany their child during the initial examination. For many children age 3 and older, developing confidence and independence during future visits can help create a more positive long-term dental experience.

Our pediatric dental team is specially trained in helping children feel relaxed and supported in a child-friendly environment. However, parents are always welcome if they prefer to accompany their child during treatment.

For the comfort, privacy, and safety of all patients, we kindly ask that siblings not receiving treatment remain in the reception area with a supervising adult.

Payment Information

Payment is due at the time services are provided. For your convenience, we accept:

• Debit cards

• Cash

Before treatment begins, our team will review recommended care and estimated costs so you can make informed decisions for your family.

Dental Insurance

MV Kids Dentists & Braces is a fee-for-service practice and we accept most PPO dental insurance plans.

As a courtesy to our patients:

• We electronically submit insurance claims on your behalf

• We help provide estimated insurance benefits whenever possible

• Our team is happy to assist with insurance questions and benefit estimates

• Insurance coverage varies by plan and provider

• Estimated patient portions are due at the time of service

• Any remaining balance after insurance processing is the responsibility of the patient
  
  

We encourage families to contact their insurance provider directly for detailed coverage information and to notify our office of any insurance or employment changes.
