All fees are due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, debit cards, and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). Please refer to Patient’s Financial Agreement for in-depth detail with regards to payment for the rendered services.

Dental Insurance

We accept all PPO dental insurance plans and are happy to help families maximize their insurance benefits. As we are a non-contracted provider with insurance companies. This allows us to focus on personalized, high-quality care while still assisting with insurance claim submission and benefit estimates whenever possible.

As a courtesy to our families:

• We electronically submit insurance claims on your behalf

• We help provide estimated insurance benefits prior to treatment whenever possible

• Our team is happy to assist with insurance questions and benefit estimates

Please note:

• Insurance coverage varies by plan and provider

• Estimated patient portions are due at the time of service

• Any remaining balance after insurance processing is the responsibility of the patient

We recommend bringing your current insurance information to each appointment and contacting your insurance provider directly for specific coverage details.

In-House Membership Program

For families without dental insurance, we offer an affordable in-house membership program designed to help make preventive dental care more accessible and predictable.

Membership benefits may include:

• Preventive cleanings and exams

• Routine x-rays

• Reduced fees on additional treatment

• No deductibles, waiting periods, or annual maximum
